LimeLumi vaults to the next level of commercial lighting efficiency with our recent contract with Westfield Malls of Century City. This LED lighting project in one of their marquee malls will save them 80 % vs the traditional halogen lighting. It will also offer them maintenance savings since the bulbs are 20ft high over glass tables in the food court area. This project will save them from recurring bulb costs and reduce landfill emissions by 5000 bulbs over the life of our LumiLast ULTRA PAR 38 bulbs.

We are happy to welcome Pueblo Norte, a 300,000 Sq ft  Five Star Quality Care beautiful facility to the LimeLumi family of energy efficient facilities. This top notch retirement resort will benefit from the retrofit of over 400 inefficient fixtures and controls to save them $200,000 dollars and counting over the next 5 years. All this while reducing their CO2 emissions and lowering landfill waste from common lighting for years.

LimeLumi is proud to announce through our Arizona campaign we have contracted with  The Forum at Desert Harbor.  This 770,000 square foot 5 Star resort exemplifies top quality luxury living in every capacity. We conducted an extensive energy audit and found over 800 fixtures which we will be upgrading to new energy efficient Energy Star rated fixtures. Together with Arizona Power this program will save the Forum at Desert Harbor up to $100,000 annualy.  This project will increase safety and reduce CO2 emissions, all while decreasing maintenance costs to the facility. We thank the Forum at Desert Harbor for working to lower their carbon footprint.

LimeLumi is proud to welcome an american icon Harley Davidson to our ultra energy efficient family. Harley Davidson of Glendale has teamed with LimeLumi to reach energy goals far exceeding industry standards. What else would you expect from an industry leader like Harley Davidson?

Our lighting solution provides 10 years of high quality light using our ultra-efficient 95% aluminum LumiLast Par 30 and PAR 38 . By switching the maintenance prone, inefficient, polluting 75 Watt halogen bulbs to 14 WATT LumiLastTM LED:

• saves 5520 bulbs from being produced and discarded over the years
• Lowers surface temperature of the bulbs from 400 degrees to 100 degrees.
• Lessens the load on the Air conditioner further reducing demand
• Equivalent CO2 of 100 cars for one year, drastically reducing CO2 emissions of the facility
• Energy Savings equalling $181,000.00 life of the bulb at todays rates
• Eliminates maintenance costs for switching bulbs
• Saves over $40,000 in bulb costs life of bulb

This facility had over 130 incandescent EXIt signs. Thats the equivalent of 50 cars CO2 emissions per year we removed by upgrading them to LED, not to mention the energy savings. Bellingham is known for being green. LimeLumi belives that being green starts with our youth. We partnered with the local utility PSE to help all 18 campuses upgrade their inefficient lighting. This has a variety of benefits for the school district. 1. Reduced their lighting  demand by 110,369 kwh annually 2. Increases their available budget by $75,000 over the next 10 years 3. Leads by example for the students to see energy upgrades in their school. We thank Bellingham Schools for the opportunity to serve them on this project and hope to continue the partnership for a sustainable future.

LimeLumi is proud to work with another hotel the Hampton Inn to achieve amazing results. We achieved a 90% reduction in egress system energy consumption for this hotel. We applaud hotels like the Hampton Inn for taking positive steps towards energy efficiency.

Our current project will save Talbot Professional over 250k the next 5 years. We worked with local Utility to provide them financial assistance and help increase efficiency and profit through energy upgrades! By helping hospitals get on track, the whole community benefits.

Achieving energy efficiency should be the goal of every hotel. By law, they are required to keep lighting on regardless of whether the rooms are occupied. This presents a large recurring operating cost. We help proactive green hotels like Coast Bellevue achieve their goals and lower their costs.

The Seagle Building in Gainesville, FL is the premier downtown office building in the Gainesville area. It combines downtown convenience with classic southern charm. LimeLumi helped Seagle Building management archive a 90% reduction in lighting  consumption for the first phase, at little cost to them. This resulted in a 24,460kwh reduction this year alone and or 244,600 over 10 years. That's alot of energy saved and we applaud the Seagle Building for participating and going GREEN!

We helped this property by upgrading their safety egress system to a more efficient one. In the process we helped bring them up to current fire and safety codes and removed potential fire hazards from the building. This upgrade will prevent the release of unnecessary CO2 into our atmosphere, while providing residents with a clear safety egress path.

Best Western, a very green hotel chain, in Bellingham Washington worked with our teams to change all their inefficient exit signs to LED. We hope to help them with more projects in the future to further achieve their energy goals! Kwh Reduction: 24,518 annually

An upscale apartment community in Florida decided it was time to cut costs and go GREEN! LimeLumi was there to help and we achieved amazing results. If more apartment communities would follow their lead and reduce CO2, we can put a dent in the world's crisis.

Energy Efficiency helps everyone in our world. When you become more efficient, everyone benefits and Parkland Nursing Center did just that. Averaging an 85% reduction in lighting demand, we helped them cut costs across the board and now they can spend more energy helping people and less changing inefficient bulbs. We actually partnered with GRU to make the conversion almost cost free to support the community.

Red Roof Inn has pledged to become more energy efficient. For hotels, lowering operating costs is the same as increasing occupancy rates. We saved Red Roof Inn over 90% on lighting  consumption and hope to do more in the future. Red Roof Inn of Gainesville, FL did their part to lower CO2 emissions and we commend them for that. Red Roof Gainesville now saves over $1,000.00 annually and has no maintenance or bulb costs for the next 10 years.

We are helping Overlake Terrace overhaul their common area lighting. This project involves not just efficiency upgrades, but decorative fixtures which increase the aesthetic appeal of the facility. We also completed an EXIT sign replacement program saving them over $20,000.00 the next 10 years.
